May 13, 2020 Callaway County COVID-19 Update

The Callaway County Health Department has no new positive COVID-19 cases to report at this time. There are currently 22 cases, with 20 recovered, one active and one death.

It’s day ten of the reopening of Missouri. To the credit of those who are following social distancing guidelines and all the other precautions set forth by CDC and DHSS, we are continuing to see a low number of cases throughout the State of Missouri. Callaway County is no exception. Our citizens continue to strive to do their best. As many businesses are working hard to have their customers maintain safe distancing. It is still the customer’s responsibility to keep themselves and others safe. Please do everything you can to stay safe today and in the coming days ahead. Please listen to business owners when you are asked to keep safe distances. They are concerned for your safety as well as their staff.

If you have a business or church and have questions on reopening and distancing, please call the Callaway County Health Department. We will come to your site or answer any questions we can over the phone.

PLEASE STAY SAFE
