May 22, 2020 Callaway County COVID-19 Update

The Callaway County Health Department has no new positive COVID-19 cases to report at this time. There are currently 22 cases, with 20 recovered, one active and one death.

With the State of Missouri reopening and having relaxed guidelines for businesses, travel and parks, many people will be out this Memorial Day weekend. Travel already appears to be heavier on our main roadways through the county. If you have plans to get out this weekend, please be careful. Social distance and always keep in mind that COVID-19 exists in other counties and states. We want all of our Callaway county citizens to be able to get out and shop, relax and just get away. Please do so in a safe manner. Our businesses are open and would love to serve you. Please respect their occupancy limitations and guidelines. They are there to protect you and their staff. Be safe everyone and have a great Memorial Day weekend!!!!

If you have a business or church and have questions on reopening and distancing, please call the Callaway County Health Department. We will come to your site or answer any questions we can over the phone.

PLEASE STAY SAFE
