July 24, 2020 Callaway County COVID-19 Update

The Callaway County Health Department has one new positive COVID-19 case to report at this time. There are currently 89 total cases in the county, with 73 recovered, 15 active and one death.

The mayor and city council of the City of Fulton voted on July 21, 2020 to strongly encourage the wearing of facemasks to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Some businesses are requiring that masks be worn to protect their customers as well as their staff. Please be courteous and abide by their requests. Thank you Callaway County residents!

As gatherings continue throughout central Missouri along with expanded testing, we will continue to see a rise in positive COVID-19 numbers. Please social distance, wash your hands for 20 seconds and stay at home if you are sick. Take all precautions when you are out and about. Keep up the good work Callaway County.

BE SMART, STAY SIX FEET APART

If you have a business or church and have questions on reopening, COVID-19 testing procedures and distancing, please call the Callaway County Health Department. We will come to your site or answer any questions we can over the phone.
